Timings of the School Day

TIBHS operates on a normal five days per week basis for three terms per year. The timing of the school day Monday to Thursday is 7:55 am to 3:05 pm. Intervention and enrichment takes place form 3:05 pm to 3:55 pm. The school also acknowledges the routines of the Muslim faith in relation to Friday prayers by ending formal teaching at 11:50am on a Friday. On Friday afternoons, pupils in KS3 participate in social action and community service initiatives and KS4 pupils participate in intervention.
