ESOL Course at Blackburn College

The ESOL course is aimed at school leavers whose struggle with English because it is not their first language. The course, which is free to school leavers, helps to build confidence and skills, which allow students to progress onto further qualifications. It helps learners to enrol onto a vocational course of their choice and develop employability skills. The course is ideal for learners who find language can be a barrier in learning, offering different levels and support all abilities.

Parents can also access the course – if they are on certain benefits or job seekers allowance then the course would be free.
