TIBHS shortlisted in two categories in Educate Awards

Our school is delighted to have been shortlisted in two categories at the Educate Awards.

These awards aim to showcase excellence in schools, academies and colleges across Liverpool, Cheshire and Lancashire.

TIBHS is shortlisted for the Most Inspirational Secondary School, and our senior leaders are in the running for the Leadership Team of the Year.

Mubaaruck Ibrahim, School Principal, said, “It is always very gratifying, and indeed humbling, to be on the shortlist for any award. To be shortlisted for two in an awards programme that recognises excellence in education across our region is fantastic.

“I’m immensely proud of our senior leadership team for their place on the shortlist. They are a hardworking team without whom the school would not be in the top 1% of schools in England. Equally, I am proud of all our pupils who have contributed to our school’s success.”

The awards ceremony, the biggest celebration of education in the North West, will take place in Liverpool Cathedral on Friday 17 November.
